Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Repurpose It Pty Ltd ABN 85 617 095 413 (Promoter). The promotion is conducted at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (Event).
  2. Promotion Period
    The promotion commences on Wednesday 25 March 2026 and closes at 4:00pm(AEDT) on Sunday 29 March 2026 (Promotion Period). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the Event during the Promotion Period. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and any agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter. This promotion is conducted in Victoria only. No permit is required under Victorian Law.
  1. How to Enter
    To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

    1. Scan the QR code displayed at the Repurpose It stand at the Event; and
    2. Complete the online entry form and submit the required information as prompted.

Entry is free. Internet access and device costs are the entrant’s responsibility.

  1. Entry Conditions
    Participants may submit one entry per person unless otherwise stated at the point of entry. Entries must be completed in full and submitted during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, including QR code, network or system failures, that may affect entry.
  2. Competition Draw

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter on Tuesday, 7th April 2026 at approximately 10:00am. The draw will be carried out using a fair and impartial random selection method. The Promoter’s decision regarding the draw and the outcome of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  1. Prize

The winner will receive up to AUD $4,000 worth of Repurpose It landscaping products.

Prize conditions:

    1. The winner may select up to two (2) products from the Promoter’s eligible product range, as advised by the Promoter.
    2. The combined recommended retail value must not exceed AUD $4,000 (including GST).
  1. The prize excludes installation, site preparation, crane hire, permits and any ancillary costs unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
  2. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  1. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified by phone within ten (10) business days of the competition draw using the contact details provided on the entry form.
  1. Prize Claim
    The Promoter will work with the winner to schedule a mutually convenient delivery date and time. The delivery will be limited to Metro Melbourne addresses. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, or if the winner is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The promoter will make no more than 2 attempts to contact the winner after such time has elapsed an alternative winner will be selected via redraw.
  2. Privacy
    Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used primarily for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner. If an entrant has opted in, the Promoter may also use the entrant’s personal information to send marketing communications. Entrants may opt out at any time.

  1. Additional contact – Industry Entrants

The Promoter may contact entrants who are landscapers, landscape designers or landscaping architects to discuss collaborations or information relating to Repurpose It’s products or services. By submitting the entry form, participants consent to being contacted for these professional collaboration purposes. This contact will not relate to general marketing unless the entrant has expressly opted in for such on the entry form.

  1. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  2. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant in connection with the promotion or prize.
  1. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria Australia.
  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By entering this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
