Every business’ success is derived from a combination of factors, least of which is the smooth and strict operation of our processes and standards. Ashley, our General Manager – Organics, joined Repurpose It in 2021 following the acquisition of the Bark King business.

With a strong background in strategic development, contract negotiation and management, and building customer relationships, Ashley has transformed our Organics business by ensuring it operates to strict standards, while delivering continuous improvements and innovations to the operations and ensuring our team function and operate to the highest possible standards.

He holds a Certificate IV in Construction, and started building and renovation company, AJAR Unique Homes, in 2010 before joining Bark King full time in 2018. It was there within the family business as a third-generation organics recycling expert where Ashley honed his craft and passion for organics and timber repurposing.
