Ben Morgan brings a wealth of experience and passion for sustainability to his role as General Manager of Operations at Repurpose It. With an honours degree in Environmental Science, Ben’s career has been dedicated to transforming waste management and resource recovery. He has worked across diverse industrial sectors, including oil refineries, landfills, wastewater treatment, and advanced recycling facilities.

Ben’s previous role at BINGO Industries saw him lead significant operational growth and transformation across Victoria. As General Manager of Operations, Ben was responsible for overseeing 14 transfer stations, two landfills, and three advanced recycling plants along the Eastern Seaboard. He spearheaded innovative operational strategies that delivered year-on-year EBITA growth and played a key role in the company’s vision for zero waste in landfills.

Ben is also an active industry leader, serving as an executive member of the Victorian Waste Management Association. At Repurpose It, Ben is excited to apply his extensive expertise to further their mission of closing the loop on waste through circular economy solutions.
