Bringing about any change is a huge feat requiring a team of passionate and driven individuals at its core, and Lynsey oversees Repurpose Its entire employee operation as our Head of Human Resources.

Lynsey joined our team in 2022, and has excelled in ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment our people can thrive and grow in. Her background is in the generalist HR space, allowing her to identify, develop and implement solutions across employee relations, recruitment and retention, organisational and professional development, performance management, payroll, industrial relations and workplace safety and wellbeing.

Driven by her passion for people, Lynsey holds a Bachelor of Business with a dual major of Human Resources and Management and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), continually working towards improving HR standards and practices throughout Australia.
