With a career spanning over two decades in technology leadership, Noel brings a unique blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to community impact to his role as Chief Technology & Transformation Officer at Repurpose It.

Before joining Repurpose It, Noel served as the inaugural Chief Information Officer for a multi-site healthcare organisation, where he built an award-winning technology directorate from the ground up. His leadership earned him recognition in the CIO50 four times and the CSO30 three times, along with four finalist honours in the ITnews Benchmark Awards for leadership, cybersecurity and technology projects.

Noel’s career journey includes twelve years as Chief Information Officer in two healthcare organisations, twelve years as Regional Head of IT (ANZ) for a fintech, and a successful entrepreneurial venture transforming and selling a cardboard box manufacturing business. Across all roles, his focus has remained on driving transformation through innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

At Repurpose It, Noel is passionate about leveraging technology to accelerate the transition to a circular economy. His experience in healthcare- where technology directly impacts lives- has shaped his belief in using digital transformation to create meaningful change. He sees Repurpose It’s work in closed-loop resource recovery as a powerful way to give back to the community and protect the environment for future generations.
