Driven by her passion to contribute to the development of people and establish robust financial structures within organisations to support their short- and long-term growth, Tania ensures the delivery of key strategic finance and procurement projects to bring financial transparency to our stakeholders.

Originally joining Repurpose It as Head of Finance in 2020, Tania was later appointed to Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and has since used her 25 years of experience to use finance operations leadership to transform the team, establish and improve service delivery, governance, and controls across the business.

Tania is a member of the Certified Practising Accountants of Australia, and has worked for multinational organisations, establishing finance functions, and delivering operational excellence across financial reporting, strategy development, leadership, change management, automation, system implementation and business transformation.
